EU finalized Anti dumping tax rate for the steel fittings
| By Sep 04, 2009, EU finalized the review of anti dumping tax rate for the steel fittings from China, because of there is no Chinese company made the positive answer, EU decided to continue the anti dumping tax for the fittings, rate 58.6%, H.S code as follows:
ex73079311、ex73079319、ex73079930 and ex73079990 For Tailand original fittings, the tax is 58.9% except Awaji Material For South Korea original fittings, the tax is 44% For Malaysia Original fittings, the tax is 59.2% to 75%. |
